Why this blog exists
To make mental health approachable. We unpack therapy concepts without the jargon, replace stigma with curiosity, and promise a nonjudgmental, slightly silly, always-kind voice. We want to offer practical knowledge that can be helpful in changing the way you perceive your daily life. Quick coping strategies, micro-habits for better days, and information that won’t require a degree in overthinking.
