A 90 minute session where the client and therapist explore the client’s history of distress. As well as the impact of the distress on the client’s life. During this initial session, the therapist will seek to learn who the client is, and what is bringing them to therapy. While also assessing different aspects of the client to have a wholistic picture of who the client is.

A 60 minute session where the client and therapist engage in ongoing, goal directed psychotherapy. During the session, the therapist will employ a range of therapy skills and techniques, with the goal of helping the client move towards their desired outcomes.

A 75 minute session where the therapist and both parts of the couple engage in psychotherapy, with the goal of improving the overall relationship. During the session the therapist will employ a range of therapy skills and techniques, with one or both parties, with the goal of moving towards the desired outcomes for the relationship.
